This sketch is a little nod to the historic shipbuilding industry that flourished in Belfast during the early 1900's. Shipbuilding and Linen were Belfast's exporting gold. These industries gave Belfast worldwide status that attracted tradesmen and women from all over Ireland to settle and make a better life for themselves.
A few years ago this area was dull and derelict. Now it's a space buzzing with life and opportunity. A welcoming 'hello' and a clear indication you're in Belfast.
