~ Classic - 60% dark chocolate ganache, coated with a layer of tempered chocolate, full or single origin flavours.
~Gin - Locally sourced Gin, in a 60% Dark chocolate, with a hint of lime.. bursting with flavour notes of wild botanicals. Dusted in rich organic cocoa powder covered in a layer of tempered chocolate.
~Irish Whiskey - 60% dark chocolate, winter warming with a dusting of icing sugar. Each truffle is covered with a layer of tempered chocolate.
~Buckfast - 60% dark chocolate, full of real Buckfast tonic wine and dusted with cocoa powder. Each truffle is covered with a layer of tempered chocolate.
