In 2010, Sheridans undertook to create the perfect cracker to accompany cheese, along with baker Richard Graham Leigh in Clonakilty, Co Cork.
The ingredients are strikingly simple and Irish as much as is possible, mostly in fact sourced in close proximity to the bakery itself. Apart from being perfect for cheese boards, these crisp and delicious crackers are ideal for use in canapés.
