Bonfire Chipotle Hot Sauce | Blackfire

A dark, smoky sauce with a deep flavour which is perfect for barbecues. It uses 2 of the ‘Holy Trinity’ of Mexican peppers, the Ancho & Pasilla combined with the Chipotle which is smoked Jalapeno to add richness to any dish.

INGREDIENTS: Red pepper, beetroot juice (from concentrate), Bramley apple cider vinegar, stabiliser (modified starch), sugar, smoked pepper (1.2%), chipotle chilli (1.2%), salt, flavour (natural hickory smoke), habanero chilli (0.2%).
