Sprinkle-on-everything, delicious dukkah is a blend of hazelnuts, seeds and warming spices thought to have been first created in Egypt but beloved throughout the Middle East. It is fantastic on pasta, roasted vegetables (especially cauliflower) and in olive oil as a delicious dip for bread.
Ingredients: hazelnuts (45%), sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, pink peppercorns, nigella seeds, sweet paprika, sea salt
