After a lockdown filled with research, baking, tasting and discussions with some of the most famous bagel connoisseurs in the US born out of a passion to try something new, Steven and Kirsty started Bodega Bagels an East Belfast couple who are bringing the tastes of New York to Belfast through their unique Bagel company. The supermarket bagels just weren’t hitting the spot, so they took matters into their own hands!
