Irish Bacon Jam adds a unique twist to your usual toast and bacon sandwich. It's also perfect for elevating your ice cream game!

This preserve is free from gluten, colouring, and preservatives.

Made by chef Declan O'Donoghue in October 2016, it's a family-run business located in Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh.

Ingredients: water, dry-cured Irish bacon (23%)(pork, salt, sugar, preservatives (sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate, saltpetre), antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), natural beech and oak smoke), white sugar, onion, brown sugar, spirit vinegar, invert sugar syrup, salt, mustard, gelling agent (pectin), acidity regulator (citric acid), cayenne pepper

Irish Bacon Jam

I tried Irish bacon jam for the first time last week, and it was a game-changer! My friend bought me a jar and kindly told me they bought it here at Born & Bred. The smoky bacon flavour combined with a hint of sweetness and a tangy finish was absolutely addictive. It tasted amazing on fresh soda bread, and I couldn’t resist adding it to my burger later. Truly delicious!
