This industrial area of Belfast was the reason why the population of the city went from 20,000 to 200,000 in the 19th Century.
Colombia only produces washed Arabica coffee. There are three primary varieties grown in Colombia, and the coffee is referred to by the region in which it is grown.
This Organic Coffee is Winey bodied with notes of orange peel, dark chocolate and a caramel sweetness with a nutty finish. Colombia is the second largest producer of coffee in the world and the largest producer of washed, Arabica coffee.
Antioquia/Medellin is one of the larger coffee growing areas in Colombia. This region produces the majority of Colombian coffee that is categorised by bean size grade. Medellins have a medium body and are typically nutty and sweet rather than bright and juicy. The cup is well balanced and can be enjoyed at any time of day!

This coffee is round and creamy. A delicate acidity with flavours of chocolate, caramel, and brown sugar.
This coffee was their first step into the world of "transparently traded". What this means is means that we know exactly the costs all the way through the chain. The key part of this style of coffee trading is that the farmer receives a fair price for their coffee and receives payment as soon as we agree to purchase their coffee.
This lot comes from about 60 smallholders from the Lempira department in Honduras. Cosagual is a cooperative dedicated to the production and marketing of coffee environmentally responsible, under systems of agroforestry to reduce erosion soils and the impact of climate change.
Cosagual mission is to promote the development process in families dedicated to agricultural production with gender equality and in harmony with the environment, providing services with responsibility, efficiency, and commitment to their cooperative members.
