  • Irish stout, dark chocolate & a shot of espresso all wrapped up in a double cream & sweet butter salted-fermented miso caramel. A decadent topping for any dessert or ice cream, filling for bakes or serve warm for the ultimate chocolate brownie sauce.
  • Serve as a spread straight from the jar or transfer the caramel to a pan & warm gently for a pourable sauce.

Ingredients: Double cream (milk), Irish Stout (abv 4.2)(brewed from malted barley), sugar, invert sugar, glucose syrup, butter (milk), miso (4%)(water, soybeans, rice, salt, alcohol), chocolate (4%) (coco mass 70%, sugar, coco powder, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural flavouring), treacle (cane molasses, invert sugar), sunflower oil, coco powder, natural flavours, stabiliser (cream of tartar).
